Privacy Policy — PErformance Stats

Summary

PErformance Stats does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you type into the app (player names, team names, match statistics) stays on the device it's used on, for as long as that session lasts. Nothing is sent to a server, because the app doesn't have one.

What the app does

• All match data (scores, actions, statistics) is held only in the device's memory while the app is open.
• Session history (multiple matches in a row) is also kept only in memory and is cleared automatically when the app is closed or the "Clear Session" button is used.
• The optional CSV export creates a file on the user's own device, which the user controls entirely.

What the app does not do

• No accounts, sign-in, or user profiles.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs of any kind.
• No location data, camera, microphone, or contacts access.
• No data is transmitted to the developer, to Apple, or to any third party.
• No cookies (the app has no server to set them from).

Children's privacy

The app is designed for use in a classroom or sports-coaching setting, including by students under 13. Because no personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted at any point, the app does not present the risks that data-collection practices would raise under COPPA, GDPR-K, or similar children's privacy regulations.

Changes to this policy

If this app's data practices ever change (for example, adding an optional cloud sync feature in the future), this policy will be updated first, and the update will be reflected in the App Store listing.
